2023 BMW M 1000RR & M1000R Price and Specs

The new M 1000 RR and M 1000 R have been introduced by BMW for the international market in 2023

Both bikes will be available from BMW in normal and M competitive versions

While the RR arrived with the M-badge in 2020, the bare litre R class is now offering the same for the first time

Both motorcycles have far more electronics and carbon fibre components than their standard models

Performance has always been one of the key selling features of BMWs with the M-badge

And the new M 1000 RR and M 1000 R certainly promise to deliver on that front.

Let's start with the 4-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine

The 999cc inline-four cylinder engine of the M pair generates around 207bhp for the R model

And 210bhp for the  other RR variant

The BMW ShiftCam technology, CNC-machined intake ports, and forged pistons are responsible for the increased power

The S variations' design is carried over to the M 1000 RR and M 1000 R models

BMW has added new aerodynamic winglets to the M 1000 RR, though, and at 220 km/h

The Aerodynamic design produce  11 kg of downforce

A wind deflector is also included on the hyper-naked sports bike beneath the instrument panel

The wind deflector is available on only premium sports bike
