For electric vehicles, Mahindra establishes EV Co subsidiary

Indian automaker Mahindra has set up a wholly owned subsidiary called EV Co.

Mahindra and British International Investment in EV Co. Rs. 1,925 crores has been agreed to be invested.

As per the agreement signed by BII and Mahindra, the British International Investment of Rs. 1,925 crore will be invested

The investment form of compulsory convertible instruments. 70,070 crores.

Mahindra's first new vehicle is expected to be the result of the EV Co.
