In 2021 this is the first mobile from honor with Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with google support. The Honor 50 basic variant with Qualcomm snapdragon 778 and pro variant Honor 50 pro with Qualcomm snapdragon 888. Both mobiles are coming with UFS 3.1 fast storage unit support. Honor used an AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support to give light speed response. In China, the Honor 50 series will launch with Harmony OS. In India, the Honor 50 series will launch with the Magic OS operating system.

The Honor 50 series is powered by Qualcomm snapdragon 778, its the latest SOC processor from Qualcomm, and also this is the first mobile in the world with a Qualcomm snapdragon 778 processor. The processor SDM 778 with 5G network support. They used Mali G-78 GPU for the graphics card. The Mali graphics card will handle ultra graphics settings and also it has a good thermal management system. Honor used liquid copper cooling technology to dissipate the heat from the components.
